well, nice wall, but i don't like the sun... it looks artificial somehow...

the girl and the effects on her are nice, background is a little simple, extraction is quite ok...
i think the green color in the bg is too bright and "plain", it looks like someone painted it and it doesn't go well with the chara... sorry, that's just my impression of it ^^

it wasn't me who made her look like s "dizzy tramp" (how you called her). it was the adorable chiho saitou who draw her like that, i just played with this pic in order to try to create a quite nice wallie ^^
